If you’ve run into this issue recently, it can be a pain – especially when the game you’re trying to play was working perfectly fine just before. Nothing has changed (or maybe an update) and suddenly you get this error.
For me, it turned out to be nvidia. It took me a while to figure out so I’m sharing it with everyone here. The trick is to run the game on the ‘Integrated (default)’ settings. Easy 2 step process without needing to change anything on your computer.
This works for me and hopefully it works for you too.
Step 1: Open start menu and rick click on Epic Games Launcher. Open file at location.
Step 2: Right Click on Epic Games Launcher Icon.
Step 3: Go to Run with graphics processor. Click on Integrated graphics (default).
Step 4. Play. Win. Repeat.
